Welcome to BallDuty WC ‘26. By accessing or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

BallDuty WC ‘26 is a skill-based sports prediction and tactical analysis platform for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

No Gambling: BallDuty WC ‘26 is NOT a gambling or real-money gaming application.
No Cash Prizes: There are no cash prizes, monetary rewards, or items of real-world value awarded. Competition rewards consist solely of digital recognition: Global Leaderboard rank, digital badges, and Verified Pundit cosmetic status.
Skill-Based: Success in BallDuty depends on tactical analysis and football knowledge, not chance.

2. Eligibility

Age: You must be at least 16 years old, or meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
Jurisdiction: The App is available globally, excluding regions subject to international sanctions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration and Conduct

Usernames: You must choose a unique username. Gemini AI moderates usernames for offensive, infringing, or inappropriate content. Usernames must be 4–20 characters using only alphanumeric characters and underscores.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information for account recovery and in-app purchase verification.
Prohibited Conduct: Bots, scripts, automated tools, or multiple accounts used to manipulate predictions or leaderboard rankings are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.

4. Game Rules & Mechanics

Prediction Cutoffs:
- Pre-Match: Markets close 5 minutes before official kickoff.
- Halftime: Markets open at the halftime whistle and close 13 minutes later.
Scoring: Points are awarded by difficulty tier — Easy (+5), Medium (+10), Hard (+20), Very Hard (+30). All incorrect predictions incur a −2 point penalty.
Parlay Stacks: All users may group up to 5 predictions into a Parlay Stack for a combined multiplier. Pundit Pass, Big Group, Maxi Group, and Club Pass holders receive a 1.2× Parlay Stack multiplier boost (this value is subject to change — see the current in-app Upgrade screen for the latest value).
Amendments: Predictions lock upon submission. Pundit Pass, Big Group, Maxi Group, and Club Pass holders may amend their predictions up to three times per match before the prediction cutoff.
Settlement: All markets are settled based on official 90-minute match results only, unless the market question explicitly states otherwise. Extra time and penalties are not included unless specified.

5. Tiers and In-App Purchases

BallDuty WC ‘26 offers five tiers:

Big Group	One-time purchase	Everything in Pundit Pass, create a private Group (up to 50 members)
Maxi Group	One-time purchase	Everything in Pundit Pass, create a private Group (up to 500 members)
Club Pass	One-time purchase	Everything in Pundit Pass, create a private Group (up to 1,000 members). All group members receive full Pundit rights (ad-free, Scout Reports, amendments, 1.2× boost) for as long as they remain in the group. Members do not gain the ability to create their own groups.

Prices are displayed in your local currency in the App Store at the time of purchase. All purchases are one-time payments — no subscription. Passes are valid for the full 2026 FIFA World Cup tournament.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Refunds are governed by Apple’s standard refund policy. Purchasing a pass does not guarantee a higher leaderboard rank or Verified Pundit status.

6. Pundit Recognition & Social Media

BallDuty may contact top-ranked users with discretionary invitations for Pundit Interviews or social media spotlights. Participation is entirely optional and declining does not affect your leaderboard rank or badge eligibility.

By accepting an invitation, you grant BallDuty a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free licence to use your username, leaderboard rank, and submitted tactical insights for promotional purposes on BallDuty’s official channels.

7. Settlement Finality

All market results and point settlements are final. Settlement is based on official match data sourced from API-Football. BallDuty reserves the right to void a market or reverse settlement in cases of data error, but all settlement decisions are binding and not subject to user dispute. You may submit a query via Contact Support; the App’s internal settlement record is the sole leaderboard authority.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” BallDuty makes no guarantee of accuracy for Scout Reports or match data. BallDuty is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or any participating national football association. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of or involved in any recognition, competition, or leaderboard activity associated with BallDuty.

9. Privacy

Your use of BallDuty WC ‘26 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at ballduty.com/privacy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
